Open Position – SIGN FABRICATOR

We are seeking a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating signs, materials and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You must have welding experience. Sign manufacturing and fabrication is preferred. THIS JOB REQUIRES MANUAL LABOR. IT IS NOT A FORKLIFT OPERATOR POSITION.

Duties

  • Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and materials required for fabrication.
  • Operate various fabrication tools and equipment, including but not limited to saws, drills, and welding machines.
  • Assemble fabricated parts and components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise during fabrication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a fabrication role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and processes as required by the role.
