Warranty

Our Warranty is very simple. Clayton Signs warrants all products against defective workmanship and materials for one year from date of shipment or installation (if installation is completed by Clayton Signs or one of our pre-qualified subcontractors). Our warranty also includes parts that most of our competitors do not warrant more than ninety days such as neon and fluorescent lamps. Also, our warranty includes labor even if it is out of town for us.

Some components may be covered past one year by a manufactures warranty. A good example is the manufacture's warranty on LED's is five years and vinyl film is seven to ten years. Replacement and/or servicing of all sign components are covered for one year and after one year, normal repair or replacement service calls are charged at regular service rates.

We believe so strongly in our product we stand behind it 100% with both parts and labor.
